These terms apply when you order from JUICE & JOY through this website.

Orders

An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout. We prepare food after your order is received. Prices shown online include the online order reward and may differ from the counter price.

Payment

You can pay on delivery or, where offered, online through a licensed payment provider. An order is marked paid only after the payment is verified.

Rewards and credit

Joy Points and referral credit are store credit, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn. Credit can cover part of the food total on an order; the delivery fee is always paid separately. Credit expires as stated on the Offers page. We may cancel credit earned through misuse, including self-referral.

An order uses either store credit or discounts, never both. If you spend credit, it covers up to half of the food total and no offer, reward, promotion or membership discount applies to that order. If you take the discounts instead, they apply as usual up to a total of 15% and no credit is spent. Credit is used automatically; you can turn that off in your account.

Monthly leaderboard

If you qualify for our monthly leaderboard, your name, age and area may be shown on it. We never show your photo or phone number. You can turn this off in your account settings; you will still be ranked and can still win, shown as “Anonymous”.

The number one in each of the 6 categories at the end of a month wins ৳500 store credit, a T-shirt, a mug, a water bottle, a sticker pack, a thank you message from us in your name, an announcement of the win on our Facebook and Instagram, and a lifetime membership card. A membership gives 20% off every order and replaces all other offers, rewards and promotions, which are not added on top of it. Without a membership, the offers, rewards and promotions on an order add up to at most 15% off it; a member pays the membership percent instead. We decide and contact winners ourselves after the month ends.

Cancellations

Orders are prepared as soon as they are received, so they cannot be cancelled once placed. If we can’t fulfil an order from our side, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. See our refund policy.
